~A Combination of Two Ancient Modalities for Deep Healing
Acupuncture and Kundalini Yoga are both systems that relax the body and balance the

Chinese Medicine. This modern blend of two powerful ancient modalities bring together

An effective two hour meditation retreat to rejuvenate and energize the body while calming and quieting the mind, resulting in a feeling of well being balance and peace from within.   
A Retreat Within simply brings us back to ourselves, our true nature which is calm and peaceful, more tolerance of ourselves and others.  This mindset is what we are always seeking, a feeling of well being. Our way back to this natural state is to retreat within and allow this natural peace to be rediscovered.

Sunday May 20th 4:30-7:30am         
 "Early Morning Group Sadhana"
Sadhana begins at 4:30 am with Japji (prayer of the soul); followed by a Kundalini Yoga Kriya and ending with sixty-two minutes of the Aquarian Sadhana Meditations.
Sadhana lasts about 2 ½ hours...the duration of time is given to us by the law of karma: everything you give, you receive back ten-fold. Sadhana is described as a technique to discipline oneself.  It is practiced 2 1/2 hours before sunrise.
