Wednesday May 23rd from 7:00-8:30pm with Karen Hunsburger and Llenay Ferretti.
Please join those of like mind and like heart onWEDNESDAY for meditation followed by a Dharma talk on the Buddha's teachings. Learn how we can apply those teachings to our everyday living.
Each session begins and ends with a seated and silent meditation. Meditation cushions are provided or feel free to bring your own.
No prior experience is needed ~ self guided love offering.
The date for the next is Wednesday May 23rd. There will be no Wednesday Buddhist meditations June - August so that we can spend time tending to the gardens. We will resume with our indoor meditations in September 2012.

9:00 - 10:30am ~ Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan
Start your day with a Kundalini Yoga class. We will work through a Kundalini yoga kriya designed to bring us in to perfect alignment, sink in to deep relaxation with a Gong bath and set ourselves for the day with a meditation.
11:00- 12:15pm ~ Sound Immersion Meditation(one session only)
Back by popular demand, Sacred Sound Practitioner Jaque Hanson's Gong, Crystal Singing Bowls and Native American flutes will soothe, inspire and awaken your spirit as their sound washes over, around and through you. Let the mind relax and allow the sound of the gongs to harmonize the body. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat or cushion for the floor, a small pillow and a light blanket for cover. Chairs will be available for those who wish to stay seated. It is recommended to bring a bottle of water along.
12:30- 2:00pm ~ Private Healing/Energy Work Sessions w/ Jaque
Jaque is available for private energy work during this time. Please call her directly to schedule your appointment @ 717.448.1281. Jaque offers a variety of ancient healing modalities. Limited appointments available.
2:30- 4:00pm ~ Yoga for Partners...any partners! Bring your favorite partner and learn to stretch, move and breathe together! This class is suitable for all levels and all are welcome to attend. Spend some time together connecting with your favorite person by doing some partner yoga. Move through Kundalini Yoga postures, and not only will you experience a deep stretch in your muscles, but you'll deepen the connection with your loved one as well.
4:15- 5:15pm ~ Mantra Immersion
In this class we will focus on the correct pronunciation of various Mantras in Sanskrit and Gurmukhi as we work with extended Mantra Meditations. Immerse yourself in an energy purification practice merging powerful mantra and mudras to activate the subtle bodies and to open the path of energy flow.
Each of the classes on Sunday May 6th is $10.00 per person or 3 classes for $25.00!

In each class we will work on gentle stretching related to particular Kundalini yoga kriyas. We will work with various meditations including chanting. This class will deepen your awareness of the body and mind connection and is appropriate for all levels of practitioners interested in meditation and yoga. What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga’s origins come from the beginning of time and seem to have roots in the wisdom traditions of every culture in which a spark of consciousness has been lit. It gives the tools, technology, the sadhana, the personal discipline, to awaken awareness.
Kundalini Yoga is a science which works on the seven chakras, the arc line and the aura. It works directly on the total energy, and that flow of energy has one simple way: either YOU sway it or IT sways you.
Either you are above the energy riding it or you go below the energy and it rides you. That is where Kundalini Yoga fits in : you will learn to ride your energy, to experience it and penetrate any given situation to attain balance.
What is kundalini actually? It is your creative potential. You experience it when the energy of the glandular system combines with the energy of the nervous system to create such a sensitivity that the totality of the brain receives signals and integrates them. Then you become totally and wholly aware, and your creative potential becomes available to you.
The power of Kundalini Yoga lies in the actual experience. It goes right into your heart and extends your consciousness so you may have a wider horizon of grace and of knowing the truth. Ultimately you come to understand your existence in relationship to the universe and understand you already are, and this brings you to the practical experience of Infinity. You can then radiate creativity and infinity in all aspects of your daily life.
